We were here in October and had a great time. Everyone was friendly, informative and so welcoming. The tour was so fun and you saw so much of the downtown. Riding the bikes is easier than it looks and a great alternative to your standard, boring bus tour. Our guide was fun, engaging and informative. Our group ranged in ages from 22-49 and we all loved it.

I'm local, so I'll be back. I took my (70something) mom on a 9 a.m. vaguely-themed YBG tour (they offer some that are focused on specific aspects of Austin -- this one was more the general one) because it was her birthday and we had guests coming in to town and she still hasn't been downtown much. I expected the usual high points, just on a bike, and that would have been cool. What I got was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide (Patrick) who took us on a tour that was an awesome combination of the usual high points and some fascinating side trips. (Dude knows a lot about all kinds of minutae, including chicken and tattoos and local plants and Texas history -- it totally didn't surprise me that he was a teacher in a past life!) We went places that I didn't know existed and had a blast. So, two thumbs up. And I would think this tour would be fine for almost anyone -- I drove because my mom gets nervous, but we were on easily operated, well maintained bikes and took safe, medium-traffic routes, and she totally could've handled it as well. Our fellow tour takers varied from college students on Spring break to, well, my mom. So anyone would enjoy it. And it's a pretty good deal for 2ish hours of really good guidance. My family of 4 rented 2 e-bikes and did the city tour with Gator. The bikes were fun to ride, safe with with kids. We hit a bunch of hotspots, and Gator kept it fun.

This is a must do in Austin! We food to food trucks and got to tour Austin with the beautiful views. Highly recommend this!

This was the highlight of my trip. Our Tour guide was filled with energy and legit made the experience amazing. He was social and knowledgeable about the city of Austin. Worth every single penny

We had a very fun morning ride with with our son and daughter-in-law and several other nice "gang members" we just met on the ride. Tyler was our Gang Leader and he was a hoot. He takes his job seriously when it comes to safety of the riders, but he makes sure to inject lots of humor and local color into his tours. It was great fun and we'd recommend it highly. We saw some sights in and views of downtown we probably would not have seen otherwise. He was good about taking requests for specific things people wanted to see (murals, Stevie Ray Vaughan statue, etc.). Thanks for a great time, Tyler! More

Tyler was Nothing but Excellent. He knew the city, history, he was excellant instructor and he was awesome to hang out with!

Our guide was Tyler and he was perfect. Knowledgeable, helpful and fun; seriously great at his job. It was a gorgeous day and, after our training, we felt completely comfortable on the bikes. We saw a lot of the town and loved the experience. It was one of our favorite parts of our trip. I would go on another ride if there was one near where I live. Thank you again! Catherine

My friends and I had a blast on this tour. Tyler was hilarious and very knowledgeable about the city. He also gave us some great recommendations. I will definitely tell anyone going to Austin they need to experience this tour.

Such a fun way to see the city. Entertaining from start to finish. Our tour guide was great! Looking forward to the food truck tour!
